FESTIVAL FAQ

PARKING

Parking is free and is first come first serve. We will have a satellite parking area at the bottom of the mountain (15 minute drive) that will be serviced with shuttles to avoid parking congestion. Please rideshare or use this service if possible.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

You may not bring your own food, drinks or coolers inside the festival area. This does not pertain to the RV parking area.

There are water fountains inside the festival and empty plastic containers may be brought inside the festival area to fill with water. No glass is permitted in festival.

SEATING

There are plenty of seating options at the festival. The amphitheater seats several hundred and folding chairs are also allowed inside and around the outer rim.

ALCOHOL

No outside alcoholic beverages may be brought into the grass festival area. Backpacks and bags are subject to search.        

WEATHER

This is a “rain or shine” event, so be prepared with rain gear in case. And don’t forget your sunscreen! The mountains can become chilly in the evenings, so having jackets or a blanket handy is a good idea.

RECORDING/PHOTOGRAPHY

You may use cameras, camcorders and audio recorders. Please don’t obstruct the view of others around you. You may not use any photo or recordings for commercial purposes without permission.

ANIMALS

For the safety and enjoyment of you and your pets, we recommend that you do not bring them to the festival. No pets are allowed inside the festival area.

Service animals must have required paperwork. Pets are allowed in the camping and RV areas but must remain on a leash and attended.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the fenced festival area. This includes the use of vaping devices.

LOST AND FOUND

Found items will be sent to the front entrance/gate, please label your things if possible.

SECURITY

We take the security of our attendees very seriously. Unfortunately we can’t be everywhere all the time. Be smart and look out for each other. Don’t leave valuables outside or campsites vulnerable. If you see anything suspicious please report it immediately.

 

RV AND CAMPING FAQ

PARKING

Please see the RV Host upon arrival at the RV gate to find out where to park. This is based on size and number of days you are staying.

HOOK UPS / RV DUMP

There are no hook ups in the RV area and there is no on-site dump. Please check with local RV sites.

FIRES

Open fires are prohibited. Propane fires are permitted in designated areas.

NOISE / SOUND

Jamming will be allowed in the RV and camping areas at all hours. Quiet generator hours are 9 pm-8 am.

ENTRANCE / EXIT

There is no moving of RV’s after dark and once you have selected a spot please stay there. RV’s staying all weekend will be given priority parking location to maximize our available space. RV’s leaving before Sunday evening will be parked in a different location.
