FOOD AND BEVERAGES
You may not bring your own food, drinks or coolers inside the festival (grass) area. This does not pertain to the RV parking area, as long as it is kept outside the festival. Empty plastic containers may be brought inside the festival area to fill with water. No glass is permitted in festival.
There are plenty of seating options at the festival. The lush lawns and shade trees allow you to spread a blanket or your own lawn chair. Limit the use of umbrellas, canopies, etc. to the rear of the main stage seating area please.
No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the grass festival area. Backpacks and bags are subject to search.
This is a “rain or shine” event, so be prepared with rain gear in case. And don’t forget your sunscreen! The desert can become chilly in the evenings, so having jackets or a blanket handy is a good idea.
You may use cameras, camcorders and audio recorders. Avoid the using flash or obstructing the view of others around you. You may not use any photo or recording from Viva Las VeGrass for commercial purposes without permission.
For the safety and enjoyment of you and your pets, we recommend that you do not bring them to the festival. No pets are allowed inside the festival area except service animals with required paperwork.
Pets are allowed in the camping and RV areas but must remain on a leash and attended. There are three enclosed dog run areas just to the west of the festival grounds that are free to use.
Found items will be sent to the front entrance/gate, please label your things if possible. Please find a Festival employee or volunteer if you have any needs or questions about your stay.
Please see the RV Host upon arrival at the RV gate to find out where to park. This is based on size and number of days you are staying.
There are no water and power hook ups available, also no dump stations on site.
No ground fires allowed in any camping area. Strictly enforced.
NOISE / SOUND
Jamming will be allowed in the RV and camping areas at all hours. Quiet generator hours 9pm-10am.
